Jaco Scholtz : Hi Earl,you don't have to be part of a club or even have a bike to ride on the track. Western Province cycling offers development bikes to new comers. Earl : Jaco, i am not part of a club at present. Some clubs dont ride track due to lack of interest. Is there a list of clubs available in cpt.
