Jaco Scholtz : Hi Earl,you don't have to be part of a club or even have a bike to ride on the track. Western Province cycling offers development bikes to new comers. Why don't you come to the league on 10 August and get to meet some of the newcomers and find out more. You can also mail me at jaco@trackcyclingsa.co.za
Earl : Jaco, i am not part of a club at present. Some clubs dont ride track due to lack of interest. Is there a list of clubs available in cpt.
